Here Ye Here Ye! refresh now. The news is late, but is it great?

June 11, 2023

Hi everyone, thanks for hanging in there.

First game, Final Touch got off the Schnide and finally got a win with some real solid goal scoring. Touch managed to score 5 goals in the first to Edge Doctors 1. Nick Nardone started the scoring, followed by Rob Edelman scoring twice. Edge's star, Kreg Labelle got a goal back for the Doctors. Chris Bach and Aimee (captain my captain) Accinno would get on the board, finishing off the first. Brian Pendergast would open the second with a goal and the GWG for Final. Nick Nardone did a circus act half court shot, from the far blue line, which found the back of the net. Edge Doctor would notch another by Labelle. Edge Doctor is very resilient, never giving up. Mike Thomas for the Touch would get one and then Rob Edelman would get the sombrero. In the third, it was all Edge on the Edge. Steve Owens, Steve Donovan and Mark Kosinski would get the goals, making this a very respectable finish. In the end, Final Touch would prevail 9-5

The next game was a rock fight. A real scrapper for goals. In the first Vescera would start the scoring with sub Ben Heffner set up by Paul Praderio. Green Goddess would get on the board whilst tying the game. Brian Cormier would put the bun in the oven. Is that the right terminology? oh well. In the second Goddess' Larry Lefebvre would get on the board, making it 2-1. In the third Vescera would tie it up again with Paul Praderio setting up Heffner. Late in the third, a real puck luck situation would stick a fork in Vescera Law. Green Goddess Andy Morrison would start the ping pong ball shot, that ended up over the line by the time it stopped moving. That would do it. Green Goddess would take the win 3-2. Heck of a game.

In the late one, Votta Properties and Quick Dam would go after it. Another great game here. Votta Properties would start the scoring, Bobby Gravel getting on the board. Shawn Smith tied it up, as a captain should. In the second it was all Quick Dam. Derek Franco would get one and Mike Bragan would get 2 including the Game winner for Quick Dam. Votta Properties would get an early goal in the third to scratch there way back. Steve Lombardi would help the cause. Smith for the Dam would get a goal in the middle of the third, making it 5-2. Votta's Lombardi would get another to get it close. But it would not be enough. Quick Dam would prevail 5-3.
