The Ahab Report

MSCCC wins Two games in under Twenty Six Hours!  On Thursday Night They slipped past Roman Law, 3-2. Eric Campbell scored Twice and assisted, while Steve Owens scored and picked up Two assist.  One rotation of the earth later MSCCC took care of business again, beating Vescera Law 5-2.  Bob Gravel was The Star Friday Night scoring Twice while setting up another.  Gary Ouilette continued His A1 performance scoring, assisting and continuing to lead The League in Points Scored.

Tommy Gaboreault scored a Hat Trick, added an assist and an elbow penalty, and upstart Brian Dubuc recorded Four assist, leading Final Touch to a 5-2 win over 401 Consulting.  Shannon Caverly and Richie Die-es both scored and assisted for The Consultants.

 The Featured Game of The Night turned out to be a thriller.  This game pitted winless Roman Law against undefeated Manny's.  Suprisingly, Roman Law jumped out to a 1-0 lead early in The Second Period on a goal by Rick Mercuri, set up by Scott Rielly and Brandon Bell.  This lead wouldn't last though, as Manny's bounced back to take a 2-1 lead with less than Four Minutes to go.  Another heart breaking loss for The Law?, NO!  Mike Thomas would get the equalizer with the goalie pulled and just five seconds left in the game.  After the game, Captain Shawn Smith told the press, "It was great to get Our first point, and especially the way We did it, but I have just One question for My Teammates.  Can You take Me Higher?  Come on, Let's go There!"
