The Ahab Report

Final Touch won the battle of Two undefeated Teams, getting past MSCCC 3-1, putting Them in a tie for First place with a game in hand. Chris Hammond had a goal and an assist, and Matt Connell chipped in with two setups of His own.  Gary Ouillette scored on a feed from Bob Gravel for MSCCC's lone goal, but the bright spot for The Former Car Care Center was in net.  For anyone not paying attention, First Year goalie Marc "No Parking" Clarkin has been on FIRE since His appearance on Friday Nights. This Friday Night was no different, as Clarkin did all He could for His Team, making spectacular save after save.

401 Consulting jumped out early and often all over Vescera Law racing out to a 7-0 lead, before Captain Eric Robichaud called off the hounds.  The final was 7-3 in This game.  Ralph Espillat erupted for a goal, Four assists, and a tripping penalty, while Shane McCormick lit the light twice and added an assist.  Rob Edelman helped save face setting up a couple of goals late for The Law..

Manville Pizza dominated Manny's when it came to offensive zone time, but Mike Baro and Derek Signoriello refused to let The Hockey Equipment Supply Store go down in defeat.  This One ended up tied, 2-2.   Baro was a beast in net and with Signoreillo playing tireless defense, They manged to gain a point and remain tied for First place.  Nick Maranda figured in both of Manny's goals with a goal and an assist, while Chris Bach and Frankie Notorianni scored for The Pizza.  On a side note, Doofus was a no show for The Pizza.
