All three games were tight this week.

Vescera went up against Votta Properties and laid down the law. Lil' Robbie Edleman would put up the brunt of the scoring for Vescera, getting two and Jay Cinq-Mars would get the helper for the game winner. Ricky Votta would put his team back in the game after being down 2. Kevin Webster would tie it up midway through. It wouldn't be enough.

In the second game Green Goddess and Manville Pizza had a rock fight. I could list all the goals, but suffice it to say, Ken Beck started the scoring. Albertelli got a hat trick. The new girl Brynn (?) got a couple, including the Three Stooges moment with the Dussault boys. Campbell and Jim Gavin rounded out the scoring. On the Pizza side Brian Beck scored a hatty. Shannon, Bragan, Dan Dussualt and Landry the cop, but not enough. Green Goddess was down late in third 7-5 and came roaring back with 4 unanswered goals. What a defensive struggle. 9-7 win for Goddess.

In the final game of the season for Manny's, Roman Law faced them and took it to them early. Mark Kosinski got a hatty for Roman playing with Papa Babikian's number. McCormick stretched the lead to 5 with a breakaway of his own. Timmy Sheehan back in the fold nicely scored as well. Manny's was not going down without a fight. Tommy Gaboriault would tie the game at the 11:33 mark. TLP would get a hatty when the dust settled. Derek Signoriello put his team in a great ship 15 seconds before the tying goal. Jay Cawley had a big goal, so did Gary Ouilette. Lots of  assists by the rest of the team, including our Jay Pires the Goalie. What a game, 6-6 time cements Manny's in second place.
