The Ahab Report

Back for The Summer, by popular demand, or am I just a fool, it's The Ahab Report.

Eric Robichaud's Green Goddess turned over a new leaf to start the summer, and jumped all over Vescera Law with the 8-5 win.   It was early and often for the well oiled Goddess line of Keith Kreaunelis, Richie Dias and Ralph Espiillatt.  Dias said, "It was a long time coming for this team and it felt good to have Our line put up 15 points between us."  Kreaunelis definitely played with an extra spark to His game, appearing to want to prove His worth to His new squad.  After the game His only comment was that He was looking forward to The May 13th clash between The Goddess and The Pie.  Bill Vescera's number Eight ended up with a hat trick for The Law while Twelve added a goal and Two assists.

Roman Law went into The Third Period trailing Manville Pizza 4-1, before erupting for Five unanswered goals to win 6-4.  Eric Campbell, Shawn Smith and Shannon Caverly did the bulk of the scoring for This Law.  Captain Smith said, "I don't believe it was anything Pizza did, We just kind of got Our shit together and went out in The Third Period and executed."   Manville Pizza Captain Dan Dussualt expressed similar sentiment, but did say He wanted to look into a potential bownie issue.  Jody Pochamski finished the game for The Pizza with Three goals and an assist.

Manny's Hockey Shop started out the young season with a 4-2 win over Votta Properties.  Mike Strayer, Jim Galvin, Rick Mercuri and Anthony Lisi all scored goals for Manny's, while Rich LaPlante played like a beast for Votta, scoring Twice, and nearly tying the game late, before Manny's got an empty netter.
