V. Law gets first win, Touch keeps rolling

April 24, 2015

Vescera Law pulls off their first win against MSCCC. Paul Praderio led the Team with 2 goals and an assist. Kevin Bartels was the story with his seeing eye shot from the top of the point. Bartels moved into the middle and floated a shot to the net. It glanced off the defender and through the legs of goaltender. Bartels was asked about his goal after the game and said "Well i saw the angle and put it right where it would have the best percentage to go in, and it did."

In the second game of the night, Jay Cinq-Mars keeps his goal streak going. The crafty Cinq-Mars kept his head when all others were losing theres. The puck that no one saw just sat on the goal line, Jay popped it in and secured the goal. Unfortunately it would not be enough. Manville Pizza grabs their first win in epic fashion. Keith Kraunelis would get a hat trick to lead the Pizza in scoring. Jodi Pachomski would grab 2 goals as well and would keep his run alive and stay as the leading goal scorer of NRIAHL.

In an epic melt down with 3 minutes and 32 seconds left on the clock, the SHOWMOTION started. Mannys was winning 4 to 1 until the breakdown. Sean Smith would get his second goal with Craig Pizzo sending him. Pizzo would feed Showtime and in Showtime fashion show scored and let everyone know. You could feel the air coming out of the Hockey shop. The line would change and with a minute and six on the clock, Mark Ferreira would tie the game from Sean Forrant. Final Touch would get the final goal and finish the crazy comeback with Steve Sullivans shot and nail in the coffin, with just 53 seconds left.

Awesome night at the rink. Happy Birthday RICHIE DIAS AND KELLEY HOOVER. Guess who is older? hmm? hmm?

Have a great week everyone!!
